  35. I’m sure this tactic looks all kinds of impressive, but I fail to see how it would actually be any more useful than doing it without flight. If anything, flight should have been held in reserve as an emergency measure.

    • I think it is a full defensive/ evasive strategy for the Battle. Tang San didn’t know who to attack, where to attack coming into the fight. They didn’t know about the opponent. Flight first and leave them completely passive while figured the weak point later would fit the information Shrek has beforehand.

      • My point was simply that Tang San could move his teammates around the arena just fine without flight, so saving it till it would provide the greatest benefit would have been a better idea. So far, he hasn’t done anything with his flying that couldn’t have been done without it accept show off.

        • The flying gives him sight to the whole battlefield, if he was still on ground, he wouldn’t be able to attack them from behind as effectively and position his teams outside their attack range evenly.

But I have a pressing question because I started reading without trying to track release speed. The average days for one full “chapter” to be released is what?

    • yeah same thing with me haha. at first found manga amusing in its comedic translations, but after reading the light novel, cant stand the manga. other than being able to have the authors intentional setting and character designs brought to reality; it really doesn’t do the story justice. misses so many parts of story. i mean even in past few chapters. the star forest was sposed to be a tropical forest, they meet with snake girls grandfather after absorbtion. san was unaware of spiders age, but in rush to get energy, in manga he was aware, also didnt give little wu her part in explaining that it was a 2300 yr old spider instead of 2200 yr old due to its length of legs(not because face looks human). wuji was also the one trying to stop san from absorbing, when in LN he is the one stopping the kids(who should know less than him anyways)

      plus releasing valuable info in manga that still hasnt been told in LN.(wuji’s bully anyone?). might not have been that unpredictable but its totally ruined when you read it -_-.

      i dno maybe im a perfectionist tho? its sort of like reading a book then watching the movie, totally strips it down to its minimums. i mean i guess you have to or each ch would be like 50-60 pages long. but still, i wouldnt mind 2 manga ch per 1 lN ch, would do it more justice.
