Thanks for the chapter!
Whoa, it’s good that he was victorious 😀 I totally forgot about his eyes, even though I remembered that all of the Devils will be Title Doulo…
i only came back the next day on a whim. i was so surprised there was actually a new chapter 2 days in a row. if this is the norm, i am so excited. i wonder what power he will get from this spirit bone.
Well, depending on the spirit bone type… I think one can only equip limited number of spirit bones and cannot un-equip… So if the spirit bone effects is not great, it’s better to not use it
I hope so too… he is too generous and very selfless… He should at least take care of himself, but if he it is really impossible to equip, then that’s the time fo him to give it to others, and Xiao Wu is the best choice.because.of one of the spirit.abilities.
True, maybe it could help her to guard her mind for the after effects of the demon eye when it misfires because the opponent is too strong such as the fight with Zhao Wuji
Yes, this was definitely a spirit bone, and it was even an extremely previous skull bone. That Brutal Dream Spirit Shi Nian actually also had such a treasure?
Previous skull bone, shouldn’t it be precious skull bone?
How do you translate it this quickly? Because the only other logical way is if you have a computer somewhere translating this or your team being so good it makes my head want too explode
Thank you for the translation, transfering the feeling and not just the language is quite remarkable 🙂 my hands are still shaking from the excitement 🙂
Thanks for the translation! That chapter was unpleasant though …
SPOILER – Oh well good thing that old pervet is nothing but a pool of blood now. However I wonder what kind of consequences little san will have to bear from killing a spirit sage
The spirit bone left behind by that old pervet is a strong evidence if little san ends up taking it at least the people close to the old pervet should know about it an if they see it on Than san it will be crystal clear
I kind of want Tang San to use the spirit bone to prove to the school that he was able to survive and even kill brutal dream. But that may lead to too much trouble. I hope he at least uses the spirit bone to increase his own power. Having one spirit bone makes him OP having two would make him unstoppable
well i think the spirit bone won’t be compatible with him, he is very strong now they can’t make him too strong. yet. i think they will end up giving the spirit bone to someone on the weaker side, like oscar, or ning rongrong
I have a feeling that spirit bone comes from a creature with strong mental strength, needed for the illusions. In which case it would do little San a lot of good. Not only helping further develop his purple demon eye, but also helping his concentration for heart separation control, and environment control (first rate mimicry environment cultivation).
Personally I think it would make more sense that he will use the spirit bone. He said to grandmaster that he wanted to get stronger. And that spirit bone will do the trick. He didn’t watch the tournament because he wanted to cultivate to be more beneficial in the team fight.
So excited for the next chapter hopefully it release tomorrow 😛
I think this as well. Not to mention the multiple times this chapter that tang san mentioned feeling much too weak. Shuttwring at the thought that if it had played out any downright he would have died. Not to mention xiau wu almost dying left a huge scar in him. Plus, the illusionists aura was described exactly like tang san and his spider Lance aura, very cold and unmoving. while xiau wu is often described as soft and warm. I think this not to mention illusions are purely mental strength. I think it will be incredibly useful and compatible with tang san. the way I see it going down… He stows it away. Shows everyone else when they get there. And then grandmaster urges him to use it to make up for not absorbing the 6000 demon spider for more offensive power and to help later with the clear sky hammer, and him being the most compatible with it. the rest of the Shrek devils will say something along the lines of “we couldn’t take this from you. You deserve it for beating the 70+ spirit master”… I’m 95% positive it’ll go to tang san
it does seem a logical conclution, but they might decide to save it for later.. after all if someone too powerful wants to take it it would be easier to take it out of little San’s belt rather than removing his skull 🙂
Other than that, don’t you think it’s a little wierd how Tang San after using his spirit bone to devour the 6000 demon faced spider and then absorbing 5000 years above his limit is still at spirit level 41?
Just wanted to say thanks so much for translating this novel. I can’t believe you guys can translate so quickly with great quality. You guys really are “monsters” hahaha. Hope you guys keep it up! Can’t believe you guys are already almost at chapter 100.
CRANEAL SPIRIT BONE!!… now thats a surprise, i wonder who will be compatible with it, dont think tang san can equip it… it would be to much LOL…..
Also that dude got melted hwhahahahahaha… what he deserves lol… i dont think that tang san will tell the public that he killed him… it would be unwanted attention so lets just say that he dissapreared XD
BLUE SUNSHINE SCHOOL GG
So now he has a spirit bone to protect his genius brain… though does he really count as a genius since he naturally had more maturity from his past life and he has special spirit increasing methods that are more advanced than normal methods… and then handed the most perfect teacher…
Well, he’s now 1 step closer to being OP and that’s all that matters…. but if a spirit bone completely fuses with a person, it’s useless to try and steal it, right? So he should try and fuse it with himself as fast as possible.
Even with all that, it wouldn’t take much for someone to fail to keep up with him. He got lucky, true, but he also has made use of everything hes learned from this world as well as his previous world. Even with just focusing on his spirit, he has done things with it that are more than worthy of being called genius.
True, he’s what he had, but he was basically given the understanding and experiences of an adult and the potential of a child.
He was also given battle abilities and skills from his past life and had tremendous luck during these years.
I do agree that he’s amazing, but with all the luck and the fact that he was given the advantages from his past life, I feel he’s got a huge head start that is too helpful. So I wonder if its fair to label him a prodigy.
He had many great feats, but it was from his past life, his luck and blessings rather than his genius skill.
He cultivates fast, but he was given a unique and superior cultivation method. He has fought well, but he had years under his belt, He was given knowledge of how to create and use weapons and poisons before he was born.
Most of his feats are known to be genius because of his age, but his true age could be considered in his 40’s and if you think of it, amongst his proper age group, he really isn’t anything too special. He’s smart but he’s at the same level as the adults…
If a 40 year old man showed the same abilities as Tang San, then he wouldn’t be regarded as much as a genius. It isn’t just his feats, but the age he showed them in…
He was considered a genius even in his past life though. Among his past peers, he was able to create some of the most powerful hidden weapons in his sect.
At least, I think that’s what I remember on the early chapters.
True, in his past life, he was a genius… but in this life, his advances are beyond phenomenal…
If he didn’t have his past life’s benefits, he probably wouldn’t have gotten even close to as far as he has gotten. He made extremely smart choices and gotten to points beyond what others would reach because of the wisdom and abilities from his past life.
As a spirit master though, I wonder if he’s fairly considered a genius…..
because of all the points I don’t think we can truly answer this, but I feel like he’s more of a cheat character than an actual genius character in the story… ya know…
Well when certain criterias are met, one naturally looks like a genius to everybody else
1) Ton’s of practice and effort
2) Luck
3) Good teacher
The fact that he has memories from his last life is indeed beneficial, but that doesn’t reduce his effort by one bit. True that he got lucky on several occasions and got out cause of hidden weapons is meh. But in the end it’s all fiction and hell it’s really well written and translated, sit back and enjoy
three chapters in one week..what an Awesome week!!!XD i think he will be able to use the cranial bone because i think it is a external spirit bone which is deeply looked for by spirit masters cuz they can be used by anybody.
but who knows??, maybe using yamas invitation makes it diferent, i mean i doubt someone has tried to desintegrate someone and see if the spirit bone remains
didnt they explain that external spirit bones are completely different from regular spirit bones since they cant be taken and dont fit into one of the regular slots. he already identified it as a cranial spirit bone, and it also wouldn’t have appeared at all if it were external as it would have died along with the person it fused with.
um i do believe they can(check the chapter where grandmaster explains spirit bones) external spirit bones are sought through auction houses and spirit beast themselves .while internal are not being that they are connected to the person ex. tang san’s spider legs
REGULAR spirit bones are sought through auctions as they can be taken from people after you kill them and moved around. it is completely different with external as they can only be absorbed by the person who kills the monster where it came from and disappear when the person who it fused with dies.
i finally caught up with this and i have to say that the quality of the translations is amazing and that the story is also really exciting. thanks for all the updates bagelson!!!
Best week ever, hell best 2 days ever. I’ve been so overworked with university that it’s really nice to come home and read one chapter before going to bed. I appreciate all the work and THANK YOU, a TON. You have made my day.
If you think carefully then you’ll know that not every spirit bone is good for every1 and since the 1 who had it wasnt a control type he shouldnt use it
Good chapter. I think Tang san is hoing to aquire this spirit bone and jump up a few levels. xian Wu is the only weak one level wise bc she didnt eat her immortal treasure but the mystery around the fact she willed herself to have a 3rd spirit ability and she is related to the titan gorilla still remains.
I hope that spirit bone got mutated due to Yama’s Invitation since it was exposed to a highly corrosive (insert ultimate badass word) poison, so that only Tang San can use it….and the result would be, Spirit Bone can produce yama’s invitation level posion
I’m so happy!
