Tang San’s genes must be spread to make the Doulu world be a better place. So Harem is Strongly required. I wish when he marry Xiao Yu they’ll get their daughter a Variant spirit Like grandmaster’s but Instead a A Rabbit holding a hammer.
Course, it shouldn’t have a high chance of happening, even with equal spirits.
Tang San’s grass was not ordinary, while Xiao Wu actually ended up being a low level Spirit Beast who was lucky to survive till 100,000 years (in which rank doesn’t matter anymore).
That probably would not happen, as the stronger spirit usually wins out, unless they are equally matched.
I don’t believe a rabbit spirit can match up to clear sky hammer and blue silver emperor.
It’s a Variant Spirit like Grandsmater that can go out, instead of a dragon that looks like a Dog, a rabbit variant spirit that Carries a hammer. not a dual spirit.

That “One year later…” sentence made me so happy. I was expecting to see an entire chapter focused solely on Tang San learning to walk “properly” with a book on his head for balance etc.

Aaah the time skip, I thought the whole chapter will be boring but that last part really gave me a shock.. His father is now a one armed one legged old man and from the looks of his father really breaks Tang San’s heart… It makes my heart ache too and judging from the comments they’re hinting a heartbreaking backstory there that are full of “FEELS”..

Just spent the past few days reading this LN, and I have to say it’s awesome! Thanks very much to Bagelson for the translation.
It’s interesting to see the parallels between Tang San and his father so far – especially in the relationships. Not only that, but also a parallel between Tang San and his foster father/teacher, Grandmaster. The woman who would become the Supreme Pontiff was obviously ditched by Grandmaster for his love – just as Foxy Lady will be ditched by Tang San for Xiao Wu.
As for the spirit bone, that will be what Tang San felt in the cave behind the waterfall when he was training with Tang Hao = and it will be from his mother who died giving birth to him (i.e. that was her sacrifice.) This also squares with what the Blue Silver King said to Tang San about the Blue Silver Emperor – the old Emperor must die for the new Emperor to live. Tang Hao probably did have spirit bones on his arm and leg, and only by cutting them off can he give those to Tang San, but I suspect he can only absorb one spirit bone at a time, and it takes some time to ‘adapt’ the spirit bone, so he won’t be able to absorb his father’s for a while.
Really looking forward to what happens, though, as I’m probably completely wrong!
Ergh… made a rookie mistake and peeked ahead in the raws, get ready for an emotional rollercoaster people, I had to stop cos it gets intense and I couldn’t stand the subpar translation so waiting for Bagelson to drip feed me quality again.

This also squares with what the Blue Silver King said to Tang San about the Blue Silver Emperor – the old Emperor must die for the new Emperor to live. Tang Hao probably did have spirit bones on his arm and leg, and only by cutting them off can he give those to Tang San, but I suspect he can only absorb one spirit bone at a time, and it takes some time to ‘adapt’ the spirit bone, so he won’t be able to absorb his father’s for a while.
Really looking forward to what happens, though, as I’m probably completely wrong!

Ergh… made a rookie mistake and peeked ahead in the raws, get ready for an emotional rollercoaster people, I had to stop cos it gets intense and I couldn’t stand the subpar translation so waiting for Bagelson to drip feed me quality again.
Oh and Bagelson I just finished a reread and whether it’s your English comprehension or writing skills you’ve gotten a lot better, not that it wasn’t good in the first place but you’ve defintiely improved, keep up the good work.

For the record, last chapter when i saw clean8ng message, i thought Tnag Hao meant for Tang San to clear up his pipes… U know what i mean? Releasing the stress and cleansing the body from poison or some other shit… Anywho, completely dispoointed me)
