When I saw the title of this chapter I was afraid of what it meant. Nice to see that TS still manages to deal with those agility spirit masters and damn to hell that spider! ( though it’s stealth ability would be useful to TS right now.)

I have a strong feeling that spider is going to be his 6th spirit ring. The cultivation level’s a good match, the type of spirit beast is extremely suitable to him, and really the only thing that could make him more broken than he already is would be a perfect stealth ability. And we all know Tang San only gets more broken with each advancement. I’m guessing something from their clash has left him able to track it.
Didn’t the author explain something like that, when he faced his second MFDS? That getting the ring of a second MFDS would most likely only strengthen his 3rd ability and the new ability he’d gain would be pretty weak. On the other hand, if he just absorbs it with his 8SL, he could make them evolve, gain an ability like “stealth when 8SL is released” , and still hunt for a nice 6th ring.
Well that was another thousand year MFDS that had all the same web restraint ability as the first one, just stronger; this MFDS is at the ten thousand year level and has another ability associated with its ten thousand years of cultivation; so its much more likely that his spirit will obtain a new ten thousand year spirit ability from the spirit ring rather than improve on its thousand year spirit ring ability.
Yeah, if it has a new ability, he should be able to get it. Also, they never said absorbing the 2nd MFDS would be bad, Grandmaster said it would have been his best choice for overall strength. Tang San wanted the trap spider because the ability would be more suited for team battles.
Thank you for the chapter, I wonder if that one Man Faced Demon Spider is actually another Black Spirit Ring (so I guess at least 40,000). I could use Tang San being a little more evil seeing and what his spirit ability would be from it.
Also I think it would be super cool if that Bull Python (or whatever the snake 100,000 year old spirit beast was – not the ape) became Tang San’s 80th level spirit ring, because of some other reason… I truly hope that is not a spoiler, since it’s just a guess

If she’s making it to title douluo, she’s cleraly going to be around for a while.
That is a special ability that the Blue Silver Grass Emperor is equipped with. It is not an ability afforded to all 100,000 year old spirit beasts who have chosen to become human.
Tang San’s mom had to restart her 100,000 years of cultivation. Clearly, if Dai Mubai will be alive to talk about Xiao Wu as a title douluo, it’s not going to take her another 100,000 years to get there.
Well, Tang San’s mother gained lots of years from Tang San’s blood and from growing in poison douluo’s “garden” (don’t remember the name) and also from the blue silver domain.
I think Xiao Wu will also have a way to arrive at 100.000 years faster.
Why would you think that? The Ying Yang well is a godly one of a kind existence that’s next to impossible to find and only helps plants grow faster. There has never been any mention of anything that could help beasts, or rabbits specifically, grow faster. This isn’t the manga, she’s not giving him her spirit ring.

Posibly spirit beasts that are on good terms with the blue silver grass. And in the same way, wouldn’t Xiao Wu be able to get help as well because of ther status as a hundred thousand year spirit beast?

I don’t remember novel telling the battle that precisely. On the other hand manhua has been offscript earlier….. or is there going to be flashback? And good god that quality. >_< I have had love-hate relationship with that manhua to the point where I don't know should I keep reading or not, but if that continues I have to drop it…

One of the few good things that has come out of the manhua is the visual representation of certain gaps in the original text such as the battles at blue tyrant dragon and 7tile. That picture of the beheaded dragon gives the chills.
The Novel did not catch up to it, the novel has been finished for ages. Noone would make the continuation of the manga dependant on a fan translation into english.
The novel and the manhua been completed, just no one completed it in English.
Also the manhua skipped so much and is now going back. Their chapters are all mixed up, that it’s a joke.
hopefully next chapter is not far from releasing… and i really really hope next chapter concludes this chase and close out this hunt/reunion/whatever it is called.. i am very eager to see what happens after finally they are free and deside what to do next…..obviously they will escape one way or another…
also interesting to know what happens to the gay doulou duo fusion, i hope they die after 2 beasts are released from their lock, giving huge blow to Spirit hall’s overall strength..
