Bagelson, not that I’m complaining, but what’s with the sudden speed-up in updating? I refreshed the page today out of habit, but I really didn’t expect a new chapter.
But the updates are happening as fast as possible…. so I don’t think donations would actually help for that.. at most, it’d be a reward for all of his hard work 😛
I think Bagelson mentioned in the past that he wouldn’t be taking donations due to the unspoken expectation of faster translations once money was given.
I agree with him as I’ve seen other translations go through this donation/expectation increase and it’s not pretty.
I agree. I think bagels is averaging what 1 chapter about every 3 days or so? I think that is plenty honestly. If in the future there was a donation tab, I still wouldn’t use it because I’m broke, sorry bagels, but if I could it would be out of pure appreciation. I remember when I first found the series on an app and I was waiting almost a month for a chapter to release.
I’m broke but I’d donate just out of appreciation for what he’s doing and to that beer fund..so hard to find a place that does dollar beer specials my way, maybe he’s a bit more lucky.
I would happily donate to a beer fund but it shouldn’t be setup too early as people would see it as payment for chapters.
Perhaps once the translations are complete but assuming he’s averaging 10 chapters a month, it’s going to be another 16 months before the beer fund makes an appearance.

Why do the facts keep changing!!?? The author really needs to be consistent. Gosh. Just earlier he said he was “twenty this year”, now he’s “twenty-one this year”. How did a year pass between his conversation with Dugu Bo and the Spirit Master training under Grandmaster??

he needs all three, left arm, left leg, and torso. remember the eight spider lances is external and isn’t counted in the six necessary spirit bones.
