  1. Pirate Leader got lucky that the right people spoke up.

I’m wondering what kind of spirit beast our Divine Doctor might eventually get. He doesn’t seem like the type to want to go into fighting, so support abilities? With a silver needle, acupuncture techniques would be killer from him.

  2. This girl isn’t very smart,

“Help farts, I’m torturing them. If you have the skill then kill me, go on! Attack. If you don’t dare you’re a turtle bastard. Come on!”

Does she really want to die that badly? ^^

  4. I was quite anxious thinking Xiao Wu might have been raped in the last chapter, but knowing it’s actually a woman, even if the rice was cooked I wouldn’t mind it too much.

  7. Each week I read the new chapters, I feel quite grateful yet when no new chapters are released on certain weeks I just wonder how can the translators be so mean to the point where they don’t even release 1 chapter, but after reading today’s chapters I realised something, if they did not release chapter 213 this week I would have been so sad because of the cliffhanger, and I imagine it’s the same for many of you, and I’m guessing translators know how dreadful cliffhangers thus they do not release anything for week sometimes because some chapters wouldn’t be even half as fun if released solo, so guys try to keep this in mind before complaining when you don’t get a chapter next time
Also, I have a request for you bagelson, can you please recommand me something to read that has a similar theme to Douluo Dalu? Novel, manhwa, manga or light novel, it doesn’t really matter which as long as it resembles Douluo Dalu a bit

Hehe my personal wuxia favorite with a hilarious main character. C:

        • Just wondering sorry if i seem nosy but how do you like the story if you read it already?
You should check out Gravitytales.com and wuxiaworld.com they have a lot of wuxia stories.

          • Which story are you talking about? Douluo Dalu?
Honestly I already know about wuxiaworld.com, what I need is not a website full of stories as I’m afraid that if picked a random one I would have to abondon it halfway through if it turns out to be really bad which would be unconvenient especially if it’s long, what I’m hoping for is a single goos story that would make the time spent reading it worth it, doubt there is one as good as D.D but even one that is comparebly good is enough

            • Ah if I had to recommend any of them my top two would be Coiling Dragon since one it is completely translated so you don’t have those dastardly cliff hangers and also the the story doesn’t become repetitive like some seem to do. The next is actually my favorite of the choices on their site, I Shall Seal the Heavens. The story is already over a third is already translated by Deathblade and is updated most times twice a day. The story has a full range of emotions covering everything from humor to deep emotional sadness. Sorry I can’t write a lot about Coiling Dragon but its been so long since I finished it I don’t feel like i can do it justice. If anyone else can feel free to take the baton.

              • Thanks for taking the time to answer, I acctually picked up Coiling Dragon yesterday, I was browsing through some forums looking for some suggestions as to what to read and Coiling Dragon was mentioned multiple times so I decided to give it a try, honestly though I almost dropped it around aroubd chapter 8 but I’m still reading it hoping it would get better and I’m at chapter 20 atm, as to what i considered dropping it, that’s due to many reasons, like for instance the whole going up in ranks seemed rather easy, the MC is going up in ranks like as fast as a hot knife cutting through butter, and he’s already encoutering beings at the ninth rank and tenth rank, like there should be some pacing right? like in D.D, he should start really weak and grow up slowly and never really encounter high level opponents till the story progresses a lot, because you know, how are the story even going to progress if he reaches the highest level possible just a few chapters into the story?

Demon and God’s is quite good I like the humor and I’m enjoying the novel so far, at like 304 trans out of it Dunnon how many, desolation era is a about a child being reborn and just becoming badass I like the novel but others may not. I like martial god asura quite a bit, translator is on break till may but has over 700 translated already. Some people don’t like mga so heads up if u gonna read it

I want to narrow down the list of potential chapters that I’m gonna read after recoiling dragon though, so if you to suggest just one which one would you suggest?

                • In Coiling Dragon he encounters 9th rank and saints because technically they’re the strongest in that world. He later goes to the infernal realm where there are demigods, Gods, high gods, sovereigns and over lords. So he’s basically fighting the lowest rank people at the beginning. Book 8 is when it starts picking up speed and getting bad ass.

                  • Indeed ranking up fast does seem reasonable now that I’m aware of the existance of other planets with stronger opponents than saints, It feels really similar to Dragon Ball anime wouldn’t you agree? :p

Right now there are 318 of over 600 that are translated.

          • I’m quite grateful for your recommandation yet I wish that revealed that aspect a little sooner, I started reading it less than a week ago yet I already finished, I even pulled all nighters because I just couldn’t stop reading it but I’m a loss now because even though it’s great there are no more chapters to read, same issue with D.D, incredibly good yet too few translated chapters, can you please recommand something else for me to read?

  10. Bagleson or any other translator, when are you guys gonna be free to do multiple chapters a day like you did in the past? I’m grateful for the chapters you try and release every week but my excitement is getting the better of me and once I had that period multiple chapters a day consecutively, I cant go back to this weekly releases hahahaha

        • reread chapter 209.

Master Purple Pearl is a ranked seventy-three Spirit Sage and is really strong. She is about thirty-seven or thirty-eight years old but looks only about twenty or so, she is extremely pretty.”
Tang San frowned, “She is a lady?’

and in the end ahe was 68 lvl

          • i have to agree with you a bit on that but i think on the spirit rank he was saying that to try and scare them but on the gender part the only reason it says a woman there is cause the translators knew she was a woman but like the one above said the word for he and she are the same

  20. I love this book series and appreciate free material but you guys are as flaky as George R. R. Martin with your release schedule

    • For those that don’t like the release schedule. If I recall the schedule is a new chapter every Sunday. If you see more than 1 released, take it as an early release and don’t expect one the upcoming week. If you see 3 or 4 in one day… you can read them all… or possibly not get another one for a month. 1 a week… anything more is just an early release and don’t expect it to be a bonus or freebie.

      • owh, so it’s like that… so the latest release is for 3 weeks.. so in that case, there might not be another release until 15th may… thank you for the info.

p/s.. if i could read and translate Chinese, i might be translating some wuxia novels as well.. i might be having chinese blood running in my veins (my grandmother is chinese), but i can’t even speak chinese.. such a waste..

  23. good novel but slow release..hand it over to other translators please! oh and stop translating other novels if you can’t even translate the current one.

    • Try to appreciate the hard work of others okay. Be respectful. a free reader doesn’t have a place to say such thing anyway. if you REALLY love the story why not support the translator financially up to the point that he doesn’t need to work anymore. that way you could get your fill everyday. if you can’t then just stomach your negative comments.

there’s another way.. LEARN CHINESE AND READ THE RAW. this should be the BEST way to fulfill you needs.

      no offence…

    • The time between releases is rather large but you have to take into account that each chapter of this is so much larger than chapters of other web novels.
