Hmmm, considering the specific nouns differentiating between shark, whale and orca, shouldn’t it be shark orca battle? I don’t read Chinese, it’s just that the whale isn’t participating in the fight…
Orcas aren’t whales, they’re closer to dolphins. (Porpoises) They’re name originates from their leathality. They’re capable of killing whales -> Whale Killers -> Killer Whales. But orcas aren’t actually whales.
Don’t really know etimology, but, since the naming process didn’t follow the biology rules for old known animals, i think the orcas where named as killer whales because they(at simple look) looked like a little whale, maybe now they will be named as great killer dolphin or something like that, but in those times the ones who nick named it where probably some medieval sailors

Don’t force it too much guys. I was wondering, in the novel i had read that between the Shrek Seven Devils, there is no more need for gratitude, apologies and too much explanation between them. They already have mutual understanding between them. They are smart enough to figure it out and they are not stupid to unnecessarily waste time and energy bothering. I think, it’s reasonable enough. Maybe it’s Chinese customs, i don’t know. This novel somehow reflects a different kind of culture and tradition from what I know.
What if for Bagelson, it is troublesome, waste of time and unnecessary to do so? So far, as i see it, the new chapters are released when they are ready.
Is this the first time he’ll be using his poison since absorbing the 3rd man faced demon spider? It’ll be interesting to see how strong it’s gotten. I wonder if anything else he’s gotten since then has also enhanced it. In theory his 7th spirit ring could since it was supposed to be whatever ability was best suited to him.

My guess is that he kills it, and they let him have the ring for his 80th spirit ring since they mentioned him needing a spirit ring at least fifty times.

The orca isn’t as strong as the Demonic whale, like said Xiao Bai. Moreover Tang San gained 13 ranks since he fought against the Demonic whale.
Nonono, I meant that yes, of course he’s going to kill it, but my follow up to that was that he’ll get a spirit ring out of it. That was my main point.
His blood is infused with the fire and ice poisons, but his eight spider lances have those plus the man faced demon spider poison so I’m pretty sure that’s more potent.
In case you guys don’t know the fire and ice poisons neutralize each other. The author told us that when Tang San first acquired them. His blood has some amount of poison but not the original amount. Because Greeny his pet snake from Poison Douluo was poisoned when it bit him, but Tang San said later when he threw her into the “Poison Hot Springs” that if the fire and ice poisons had their full effect Greeny would have exploded on the spot.
In addition to that I believe you don’t understand your own reasoning; the supporting facts you gave show that the fire and ice poisons work, just their effect was killing the snake by neutralizing its innate venom.
It was pretty cool, but I don’t think we’re seeing it again anytime soon unless Tang San happens to stumble upon another magical garden of mystical plants. Actually, it wouldn’t surprise me if he did.
He did mention the ‘fire and ice, yin yang well’ was only one of three places you could find all sorts of immortal treasure herbs, growing at ten times their usual speed.
I do hope he did find another garden nearby, if previously Ice yin amd yang fire well called “du gu bo`s secret bowl” (or whatever it`s called) perhaphs this time it is named “bo saixi`s secret dresser” should it be somewhere around seagod island, lol
I wish the author gave enough time to show us how experimented with his spiritual force and got his new techniques. Now I can’t help but see Doulou Dalu as Mary Sue story.

What the author is reffering to maybe the disadvantage of Zhao Wuji’s Spirit Avatar since his Spirit Avatar’s effects are overly powerful if you consider it. Thy perhaps misunderstood the disadvantage for Xiao Wuji’s spirit avatar to be also a disadvantage for all Spirit Masters’ spirit avatar.
OR Maybe the SSD do not have have that problem, there must be those advantages of getting the best possible seventh ring from the god bestowed rings and Ma Hongjun from the neidan.

It won’t be enough to kill them , but it will be enough to incapacitate the weaker ones and instill fear and panic amongst the rest of the orca pack. Meanwhile the other devils and sharks are lying in wait for the order to ambush the now panicking orca pack. Tang will then kill the king orca and absorb his spirit ring and spirit bone.
