Great translation, though I would like to mention some unclear terminology. Douluo Dalu has made a clear distinction between spirit power – the total amount of energy that the body and spirit can channel – and spiritual force, which is mental energy. Techniques like Tang San’s Purple Demon Eye and his Purple God Light, as well as presumably the restricting capability of the Seagod’s Light, are dependent on his spiritual force. The golden strands of his evolved Purple God Light were a mental attack on the same level as Bo Saixi’s spiritual force, which is why she was forced to guard despite the enormous gulf in spirit power between the two.
