Bringing back xiao wu was a mistake, especially if she is really going to have to start over as a Rabbit. It would have served the story better if she had just died and given Tang san her ring and bone. His despair fueled pursuit of revenge would have been beautiful. That could still happen, but it will be different if she is still alive.
Honestly, this chapter was so amazingly heart breaking, and the author sort of ruined it at the end. A good death can do great things for a story.

Way too overdramatic, something like that was kinda expected. (Didn’t expect so many overreacting ppl though…) Call me a dick. but I didn’t feel a thing when she sacrificed herself…. (I found it harder to swallow when he found his dad crippled…)

The onle think i feel about this chapter is annoyens at how retarded it was. Instead of working together and trying to survive, he paraylzes her body and tries to protect her like shes a damsal in distress. Even though he knows shes almost just as strong as him, and can help them. Then instead of killing the two enemy doulous that are the couse of all this, which would be as easy as flicking a finger and take practiaclly a second or two, they just ignore them and the others that killed her, so they can just stand and watch her, which dosent help her in any way whatssoever. And then they let them just walk away, how can i feel any saddness, when there is so much retardness in this chapter…

Technically, she is worse than dead, soul-dead (or in realistic terms, brain-dead).
